Awesome place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff once helped me find parking, which I appreciated. I'm always returning for a romantic escape!

The location of the hotel was very central, near to the castle, the tram station and the metro station and main promenade and all other top location. Everyone was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed eggs, yoghourt, and fruit at breakfast.

Super-friendly and amicable staff, amazingly good breakfasts, good job!
Wonderful and overall clean accommodation with marvellous location adjacent to the tram station and the metro station, the Wenceslas Square, and the Astronomical Clock or Charles Bridge. Well laid out and large rooms with perfect decoration. Super clean bedrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
Our visit was good! The spacious, quiet apartment was super clean and located just steps from the center. Breakfast was a standout, especially the fresh waffles. Staff were helpful and met our needs promptly. While the bathroom layout was a tad awkward, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.

Staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean and the people who cleaned our room were very thorough. Free wi-fi and good connection. Breakfast was very good - definitely one of the better onese I've experienced. Good location to Wenceslas Square. All in all, a very nice hotel with excellent facilities.
Potentially, the sofa bed in our lounge could have been more comfy as it sunk in a bit but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Nice hotel and on arrival was greeted by lovely staff. Lots of space and quite a good location. Good breakfast and very nice staff at breakfast.
After the first day, there was different staff on the desk who was not quite so hospitable. We booked on the understanding that the room slept 4 but the fold out couch was broken and really should not be called a bed as extremely uncomfortable! We were sleeping on a slope! The bed was made up with sheets for a single bed and thus didn't even cover the bed! We mentioned this to the front desk but there was little interest. Said he would see what he could do so at least the second night we got a sheet to cover the mattress!! There was never any follow up or enquiry as to if there was any improvement which i thought was poor- there was no interest. For a 4 star hotel I would expect more. I would recommend the hotel if you weren't planning to sleep on the fold out bed, or if they replace the couch. It really wasn't acceptable.
